Creating a conditional Loop & Merge

Hi! I am designing a survey for my master’s thesis. I am asking people to pick a decision-making process in their organization and then they answer questions about it. I want to give them the option to pick another decision-making process and then answer the questions again for that one.

So there’s a question that is “is there another key decision you could answer these questions for?” and if they put yes they should go back to the start of the block, but the fields should be empty so I get a second set of responses (without them having to fill the general questions again).

I tried to do it with branching and loop&merge, but it just continues looping even if I press no.

Does anyone know a solution to this?
