Hi there,
I'm trying to have the following format of a question:
[Text explaining the context.]
Q1. Please rate the following on the basis of _____ condition.
a) Question A Slider (1-9)
b) Question B. Slider (1-9)
c) Question C. Slider (1-9)

I can only see the likert matrix that allows multiple choice.
Appreciate the help. Thanks!

Use a Slider question instead of a Matrix question. A Slider question allows for multiple rows.
