I am creating using this matrix table with allow multiple answer, however, it only allow me to choose either sweet or juicy, but I want the options to be able to tick sweet and juicy.
I change the format to side by side, with multiple answer, however, not the sub-header (Fruits/Vegetables) is gone. Is there any way I could add in the sub-header.

From the screenshot, I can see that you made the column 1 “Sweet” mutually exclusive, which is indicated by * (asterisk) sign, which is causing the single response in the columns.
Here is screenshot without the “mutually exclusive” option enabled, where you can see I can select both sweet and juicy options.
