My apologies I read qualitative research as analyzing qualitative data. You’re trying to collect video responses and analyze them specifically or was that just a “for example”? Our biggest experience with collecting qualitative data has been using free text information and feedback. We haven’t collected video feedback in any of our research or survey efforts yet on Qualtrics.
The video/audio response will give you access to the video or audio recorded but also a video transcription that you could easily analyse with word clouds, text iQ, etc.
DXA (Digital Experience Analytics) might also be considered as qualitative as you can run UX tests for your participants to detect client’s behavior on your website.
