Hello!
I'm trying to add some custom CSS and JS code to my survey, but for some reason, it's being ignored (both from the header editor and custom CSS). I even tried adding just an HTML comment to the survey header, but it is also being ignored.
Since I'm working via a university account, I thought that maybe it is a permission issue, but as the app doesn't block me from adding the code, I don't know what to ask for from the brand administrator in my university.
Could you please help me with this?

Can you share what you are trying to add? also if you are getting any error message a visual of that.
It might be your license things as basic free license do not have HTML editing option available. Please check if you have rich text content available or HTML view or able to make any word bold or italic using keyboard shortcuts. Brand admin might be able to help here to resolve this.

I was able to solve this problem.
If anyone else encounters this problem, I changed the layout to another option, saved it, and then changed it again to the layout option I wanted to use; Somehow, this triggered the system to load the custom CSS and header. I'm not sure what happened exactly,🤷

I believe you were using a simple layout, it is still pretty new and has a lot of features disabled as you can see in the below image and on this support page. Hence, switching the layout worked!

I was strugling with a survey where i have javascrip for flatpickr and suddenly is stop working.
I did as you suggest. Change the layout from simple to flat and it works.
