Is there a way to add custom CSS to Qualtrics report.
I want to increase the width of bars & show the response % over the bar not on top of bar.

Unfortunately no, there isn't a way to add CSS to reports as there is no option to add JS/CSS anywhere. But if you create visualization on dashboard I believe breakdown bar does have a larger width of bar.
