Custom end of survey report

Hello,
I am creating a survey that I would like to display a custom report to the respondent at the end. The report should be tailored based on scoring categories and include not only a summary of their responses but also visualizations and feedback based on the score. I am using the basic XM survey platform without any add-on subscriptions. Is this possible?

There are a few dicussions in the community related to changing the look and feel of the response summary shown at the end of the survey, you could look at those.
For more dynamic and customized reports, I provide a commercial solution for generating custom ones based on the responses of the the survey. Your respondents can optionally see the report before downloading it as a PDF. You can see its demo here. Please send me a private message if you are interested in purchasing it. You won't need any subscriptions or add-ons for this, but javascript is required.

Thanks! I think what I was missing was that I needed to do it as a trigger!
