I am attempting to make a custom question format for my survey since the platform does not have what I need. Pictures of what I want are here:

Screen-Snip-2Basically, I would like two boxes next to each other that when I double click an item (scrolling box ideally), it moves into the next box.
Please let me know if this is a possibility, and if so, how to do it! Thank you all.

+27Yes, it is possible. In essence, it is a multiple choice question. You can write your own html and JavaScript to format and operate the question and capture the answers in the MC's hidden choices.
