Hi can you help me? please see picture below. I wanted to make a validation so that Minimum should not be greater than Maximum. I was able to do it however there is extra condition, other rows can be blank and whole rows can be blank. I used the custom validation in Qualtrics and get the value for the columns in using "pipetext". I can't find a clever way to do it.
