Hello! 

How can I take my customer journey map to a measurement CX program where I can receive the necessary feedback to understand the perceptions and feelings of my customers as they experience them. And also reducing the risk of losing information through the survey wich is limited?

I have created the stages of the customer journey and am learning more about how to use it.
