Customise a selection of years | XM Community

Hi
I'm trying to set up a customised drop down menu of years that participants can choose from (2005 - 2011). I've had a go at modifying this using JavaScript, however, it doesn't make the changes when I preview the block. Any suggestions please?

Not sure what you're trying to achieve as there is already a drop-down type question type within multiple choice

Yes, however, can you modify the selection which is currently 1900 - 2046, to a customised range of dates (2006 - 2011)?
