Hello,

Ia m looking for a way to customize question texts based on previous given answers. 

In detail I want to ask customers whether they consider their claim as solved and then in an open text box at the end of the survey refer to their answer and add for everyone not considering the claim as closed something like “What is not yet solved for you” before asking for further feedback.

I have already tried defining embedded data with the text, which works for one language but cannot be translated to multiple languages.

Any ideas?

If you want to use ED fields to store questions text and have translations for them, you’ll need one ED field for each language. You can then pipe in the relevant ED field in the base language and in each translation. It will look like this:
