I want to customize my URL for a benchmark survey. So I do not want to have my company name in the URL. Could I do that? If It is possible, how?

As I understand it, this is not something that users can implement themselves, but you can check with your brand admin or Qualtrics customer success manager to see if an exception can be made for an individual survey.
