I have distributed a survey with several multi-choice questions and some open-ended questions, and went to look at responses (there are 7 so far) but the multiple choice question doesn’t appear to be collecting data (though it is marked as required) and for one of the open-ended quetsions, in the data table, it just says “Array” where each response would be. For other open-ended questions, it either returns responses that don’t align with the question asked, or doesn’t return any data at all (on the report function, it says I might have too many filters, but there are none on). 

This is very strange - it’s a pretty simple survey and I can’t seem to track down what might be wrong. I did use one of the templates to get it started, but changed some of the questions and removed others. I’ve started seeing more issues with qualtrics’ functionality lately - but this is a problem with almost the whole survey. Any thoughts on what’s going on here?
