DianaSafronova Yeah, you should be able to remove the default questions in the question editor. Simply click on the question to edit it in the Survey Builder. On the left hand side of your screen, you'll see the options to edit the question. Scroll down to the bottom of that pane and find the "Default Choices" option (screenshot below). Click on that, and click "Clear" and then click "Save" to get rid of the default choices. You can find more info on this support page
