Hello, I have any questions about how the exclusion of contacts from the directory works.
On the one hand, if I have a list in which I daily upload contacts manually and send them manually, how can I exclude from that shipment the contacts that I already uploaded the day before?
On the other hand, if I have a list and select it to do daily surveys and I have programmed 90 days of quarantine in my directory, what will happen when those 90 days have passed for some of my contacts? Will the survey be resent to them when I select that distribution list? How could I exclude it? Thanks!

You can create a sample from the mailing list and distribute the survey to the newly added contacts.
And once the 90 days of quarantine are passed, then the survey will be sent again.
