Displaying the Score for Respondents after the survey is submitted

It seems you have added custom end of survey. Hence, the end of survey score isn't visible.
Try removing custom end of survey. If the end of survey is needed and scoring is needed include score in the end of survey.

Many thanks for your reply. Actually, I need to 'include response summary' at the end of the survey. So, is there a way to present the scores as well in that summary?

Try adding end of survey from survey flow. And override the options there include a customized end of survey as shown in my previous image pipe in the score value. Save it and in those over ride options also choose show response summary you will see both of them on last screen.

I have followed your instructions as the pictures below shows and added end of survey from survey flow but still couldn't see the scores at the end!
