Drop down menus that depend on each other

Hello, everyone.
with a question in my questionnaire I want to query the brand and model of a vehicle.
First, a brand should be selected in a normal drop-down menu. Based on this selection, models belonging to this brand are then proposed in a further drop down.
There will be a total of about 13 brands and about 10 models.
How can I use a filter/or something else to cleverly solve that the second dropdown shows only models that fit the brand I selected before, without defining a filter for each model individually?
I’m grateful for help.
Kind regards, Tanja
