Hey, 

I am encountering a issue in a customized ranking question where the responses are coming duplicate on 1out of 100% of data.

 

If anyone can provide solution or suggestion it will be really helpful.

Hi @Nischay, can you elaborate on how was the survey distribution process. If it was by email method, did you make sure that there we no duplicate contacts ? You can check the below settings in your survey before going live in the future.
