Dynamic Filtering for Exporting Multiple Reports at once

Hey all,
I'm working on processing data from a feedback survey with over 1300 responses. I need to export a custom report for each of the 100+ people whose feedback has been gathered by the survey. Currently, I'm manually filtering and exporting the responses to PDF using the Results tab. This would normally be fine even though it's manual, but the reports take 20-25 minutes to export, and oftentimes they are missing pages. I'm wondering if anyone has found a way to export multiple reports with different filters at once?
