Hello guys!

I would like to know if you have had problems sending e-mails inside a ticket. We try to send it but it did not work. We have tried different e-mail accounts.

In a ticket it has the option of sending an e-mail, but although I can send it, the email is not received. I don´t know if I have to change something in the settings.

Have you checked the spam folder. Sometimes Qualtrics mails are marked as spam or junk.
