Hello guys!

I would like to know if you have had problems sending e-mails inside a ticket. We try to send it but it did not work. We have tried different e-mail accounts.

Hello @krbhavya 

 

In a ticket it has the option of sending an e-mail, but although I can send it, the email is not received. I don´t know if I have to change something in the settings.

HI @eptress 

Have you checked the spam folder. Sometimes Qualtrics mails are marked as spam or junk.

Hello! yes, we have checked the spam and junk and there is no Qualtrics e-mail.

May be there is a problem in the email that you are using to send the mail . Refer this link
