An ongoing challenge I face with clients is building beautiful and responsive email templates for survey invitations. I usually build templates using mjml but I sometimes face unexpected behavior when importing my emails source code in the Qualtrics platform email tool.

For example, lately, we’ve been struggling with a bilingual english/arabic template.

I understand this might not be entirely Qualtrics-related, but being able to produce nice emails is often very important for the platform users.

So if anyone has tips on tools that work well with Qualtrics, or that make that task easier, feel free to share! :)
