Never had this issue before, but Qualtrics is excluding chunks of emails for “duplicates” in my Directory even though I have embedded data that makes them unique rows. Never had this issue before and have been doing it this way for years.

I thought it will be considered duplicates if the email address and email content being sent are the identical?
I just reached out to my Brand Administrator to take a look at Identity Resolution. Thank you.
Embedded data makes them unique.and when you email and pipe embedded data into the survey/email launch email itself it is not flagged as duplicate.
