HI,

I have a two-part survey. The first person fills in some information and an email is sent to second person to input some information. The email is sent via an email trigger.
I want to know the time from when the second person received the email to when they were complete. Not the 'start' time, but when they actually received the email with the link to when they completed their part of survey.

Is this possible?

By using workflows, you should be able to achieve.
Create a workflow in survey 1 which runs when a response is created which will schedule an email using xm directory task for distribute survey to the 2nd person of survey 2.
