Email Trigger to Respondent based on Populating Data & Analysis Custom Field

Greetings, I am wondering if it is possible to send a respondent a second custom email when a custom data and analysis column is populated in the data & analysis tab.
I have created a survey that acts as a submission form. The survey is working well, but now I want to add a second email trigger based on filling out a custom data & analysis column. When the column "Pickup Email Sent" is populated (usually with yes) an email would be sent that lets the respondent know their order is ready for pickup. That email should then include some piped text based on the facility the respondent ordered from, etc.
Is that sort of functionality possible? Or is there another way I could potentially achieve this? Thank you!
