Hi everyone,

I need to email an anonymous survey to a list of contacts, and at a later date, send the same survey to a different list of contacts (...and repeat indefinitely). I need to be able to analyze the response for each survey wave differently (e.g. people in the first list said x, people in the second said y...).

For now, I have been making a copy of the survey and sending each copy to a new list. Is there a better way to do this? For example, can I add an embedded data field that pulls in the contact list name?

Include “PanelID” in survey flow it will capture automatically if is email distribution. If anonymous then append it in URL and auto fill the embedded data via it.

Thanks! When I try to add this as embedded data, i get the message “Reserved Embedded Data fields cannot have custom values” - what am I doing wrong?

 

 

@mewa The panelid will be filled automatically you just need to include it in survey flow and publish it. Since it is a survey metadata it shows as reserved field.
