Hi there dear community :)

Is there a way I can use the Mobile App SDK and still get an Embedded App Feedbakc, allowing a directly pop up of a survey, without the creative first? I want to be able to prompt directly the question (CES one) and avoid the pop-up.

I know we can always use a link of a survey and put in string all the embedded data, but I rather still use intercepts so I can enjoy the capabilities of sampling etc.

Hey there!

Just wanted to clarify how the Mobile App SDK handles those survey triggers. Right now, there isn't a way to jump straight to an Embedded App Feedback survey as a pop-up without the creative showing up first. Usually, the SDK relies on things like Mobile App Prompts or Notifications to lead into the survey via a webview. Since the Embedded Feedback is its own specific type designed to stay at the bottom of the screen, it can't really be swapped in to function as an automatic pop-up or a direct replacement for the initial prompt. 📱

You can definitely still use intercepts for your targeting and sampling logic, but skipping that first creative step to show a question like a CES directly isn't supported currently. If you're running into some technical hurdles getting your intercepts to fire correctly or need someone to take a closer look at your specific SDK implementation, I'd recommend reaching out to the experts over at the Customer Success Hub: https://support-portal.qualtrics.com/. They have the tools to dig into the back-end setup with you. 🛠️
