Embedded data

Embedded Data is any additional information that you want to include in your survey without asking the respondent directly.

Example: You upload a contact file with the below data:
 

Here all these fields act as Embedded Data fields and will be tied with the contact in the survey.
 

When Amit opens the survey:

• Embedded Data stored:

  • Name = Amit

  • City = Delhi

  • CustomerType = Gold
     

• Based on this embedded data fields, you can personalise your survey for different groups.

Logic: 1. If CustomerType = Gold → Show Premium Service Questions
            2. If CustomerType = Silver → Show Basic Service Questions

Post Response Submission, now on the Dashboard:
✅ You can filter reports by CustomerType
✅ Compare Delhi vs Mumbai feedback
✅ Build dashboards without asking these questions in the survey
