Dear Community,

 

We currently have the following situation: we would like our sales colleagues to survey physicians. We are conducting these interviews offline via the Qualtrics app. In some cases, certain physicians will be surveyed multiple times. To save time, we would like to display the answers to the demo questions from the first interview for subsequent interviews. 
The physicians are selected at random, but we document their identities using a participant ID/physician code. 
We have defined and saved this question field and the relevant demo questions as embedded data in the survey flow. How should we proceed now, and what steps do we need to take? Thank you in advance!

If you create a workflow that updates the previous answers to the contact list, you could pull information from there in the offline app. I’m assuming that after a physician has been surveyed once, your rep will have the opportunity to connect to the internet and upload the response.
