Hello, I've found information on how to embed hyperlinks/external URLs within survey items (e.g., through the rich content editor). However, I'm curious if hyperlinks/external URLs can also be embedded within response options under survey items.

Yes, you can click on the arrow of a choice and use the rich content editor to insert a link, or if familiar just script out the link in the choice field:
