Embedding Survey Valid Dates into Email Message

I’d like to pipe the survey expiration date and time into the email message I’m sending to respondents (a standard way to avoid mismatches). I’ve looked through the available piped Date / Time possibilities, but it’s not an option that I can see, it’s just an exhaustive list of fixed dates.
This seems like it would be a commonly used feature; am I missing something?
