Hello - We have a survey we need to deploy soon, and it has a block the should ask “do you want to report another issue” and if yes, loop back through that section, each time asking do you want to be contacted in a follow up for the issue you’ve chosen to report. It should bank each report as data of one issue, and different surveyed individuals may chose to report different numbers of issues. If someone says no more issues but wanted to address any of them in a follow up, it should direct them to the follow up input section for contact, then end. if they say no more issues and no follow, it should end. but right now it loops forever no matter what. Help please!

A simple way to acheive this would be to use "Custom End of Survey" - Redirect to the survey itself.Towards the end of the survey have branches before the follow-up question.
