Error in the count of emails sent in XM distribution metrics | XM Community

I have a question regarding the volumes on the distribution metrics of my NPS survey. What I measure is the NPS per product, however, for example; for product X, we sent 100 emails but in the XM count it tells us that the email metric sent by that product was 11 emails and so on with more products, which seems quite strange to us that it is not being registered and displayed correctly. And so on with more products, which seems quite strange to us.What consideration or what do you think might be going on in this case?
