Error Loading Data

I designed a three question survey. Q1 used a slider, Q2 was a matrix, and Q3 was free-text. Before publishing, I changed Q2 from matrix to slider.
I have had 10 responses - but, in the report tab, the icon in the side bar against Q2 is still a matrix, even though it is a slider in the published version. And I cannot see responses here, as the message Error Loading Data flashes up (although I can see reports for both Q1 and Q3).
I'm sure it's an error I have made, but is it at all fixable, does anyone know?
