Error message

Some survey participants, but not all, get the attached error message at the end of the survey. The survey results are recorded but I can't figure out what is causing this error message. My survey design and flow is extreemly simple and has been checked by a couple of people so I don't think that is the cause. Any insights would be apprcaiated!

If there is any custom code in survey it might be causing this.
To check a little more on the issue you can check the browser console when the error is occurring.
In our case we too had a similar issue. Though logically survey was fine, the issue was occurring due to some interaction of custom in-page display logic and custom JS code. We removed the In page logic and then it was working fine.
In case you don't have any custom code on your survey you can reach out to Qualtrics Support, they will be the best people as they can look into your survey and provide you a solution.
