Error message when trying to view survey responses | XM Community

Hi all, 

 

I am currently getting the below error message when I try to view a response on my survey (in the Data & Analysis > Data > 3 small right hand side dots). 

 

{"Error":"\/rpc\/surveys\/v1\/opencall\/getUserAccountSurveys continually unavailable after 5 retries over 677.268487 ms","ErrorCode":502}

 

I was able to view responses before, but suddenly the error message is coming up and I am unable to view the responses now. 

 

Any help would be much appreciated - thank you so much! 

 

Try viewing the responses in Incognito mode.

Hi all. Please help. I keep getting the ‘an unexpected error has occurred’ when trying to view results of my survey. Would really need assistance.
