Exit Survey based on answer from previous Question?

Yes it is possible via combination of branch logic/skip logic/display logic
for the 1st logic
Q4-No include a skip logic to Q7 (the question should be in same block) if different block(use branch logic to navigate that block and display logic to show it when Q4 is no).
Similarly for Q7 try to keep it as last question of block and within survey flow include a branch logic if Q4- no and Q7- no include end of survey else continue.
