Expired Invitation - how to allow a participant to reengage in a survey once its expired?

A participant partially completed (67%) a survey and now it's recorded the responses after the link has expired. The participant has agreed to complete the survey, how do we go about resending the link with the partially responses and allowing them to complete it.
We extended the expiration of the link to 3 months; will this allow participant to complete survey? If not, what are the steps we need to take because we do not want the participant to start all over?

    Kindly send the participant retake link of the survey Retake Survey Link (qualtrics.com).
    Also, make sure to send retake link and not retake as new response. As the later one will make a new response and former will update previous response. The survey will be autofilled with previous answers automatically.
