I'm looking for a way to create what I call a "survey exposed". It would be ideally an excel file with all questions, all allowable answers, and all variable naming associated to the answers.
The out of the box exports do not achieve this. Any insight? Have you found a solution to this?

We used Python to generate unique values for all the survey questions and metadata or participant import.
We downloaded the data from Qualtrics and use Python to create an Excel file as needed.
