export dashboard file to upload to new Qualtrics account

Hi, I have a question on the Qualtrics dashboards - can a dashboard be exported (similar to a Qualtrics Survey File) and then imported into a new Qualtrics account? Thanks!

To export a dashboard, you can follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the dashboard you want to export.
  2. Click on the Export button.
  3. Select Download dashboard.
  4. Select the file type and other settings you want to use for the export.
  5. Click on the Export button.

However, it's important to note that while you can export the data from a dashboard, there isn't a direct way to import a dashboard into a new account. You would need to recreate the dashboard in the new account and then import the data.

 

To import data into a new dashboard, you can use an imported data project. This allows you to create dashboards for datasets. The imported data project requires setting a unique ID and mapping the fields in the data file.
