I have a requirement to connect to Qualtrics survey from Power BI.
I was able to do this using the steps given here.
I am automating the survey responses to Excel in SharePoint and using the excel in Power BI.
But this only works for new responses but does to get any responses which were already submitted and available.
I am creating a workflow with the below steps:
Can someone please advise on what additional steps has to be done to get the already submitted responses?

Is there a reason you can’t export your past results manually and just add those to the excel file? I think that would be the easiest solution for a one-time job.
If you cannot do that, you need to set up a new workflow that is not based on a Survey Completion trigger, which means a scheduled workflow. You would then need to use an extract data task for your project, and then set up a loop to send a POST request for each item in your data extract. I have never attempted this, so this solution is entirely theoretical.
