I try to extract survey response, and the count of response showing in correct in the csv file. I have 300 over completed record but in the file only show 22 records.

Besides, any idea how to export it in excel in stead. And only keep 1 header, the 3 header row is very confusing.

Hello @AngieYYS7661,

If you're seeing only 22 records in the file, it's likely that a filter was applied before downloading. Please ensure that no filters are active when exporting data from the Data & Analysis tab.

Additionally, you can download the file in Excel format. While exporting, you'll see an option to select the file format—please choose Excel and proceed with the download.

Hi @Sachin Nandikol , thanks for the reply. I am using the workflow task, which I do not have the Excel option and i do not have the option to add filter as well.

Hi @AngieYYS7661 ,

I have 300 over completed record but in the file only show 22 records.

When exporting responses, only responses that are at least an hour old will be included in the export.

or

When the workflow extracts responses, it’ll only extract those responses collected since it last ran. For example, if your workflow runs on Wednesdays, it’ll only upload responses to your chosen destination that the survey has collected since last Wednesday.

only keep 1 header, the 3 header row is very confusing.

You may wish to enable the Remove extra header fields from exported survey response file.

Hello @AngieYYS7661,

If you're using the 'Extract Responses from a Survey' task, please note that it only exports responses collected since the last workflow run. So, even if your survey has 300 completed responses, only the responses gathered after the last execution, say 22 will be included in the export.

To get all responses, you may need to reconfigure the workflow accordingly.

As an alternative You can manually download all responses anytime from the Data & Analysis tab, or Set up an automated export directly within the Data & Analysis tab.

Also, to remove extra headers in the exported file, try using the option highlighted in the screenshot below:
