Feature request: Advanced filter for responses in progress | XM Community
Skip to main content

We need the ability to filter partial responses (aka “Responses in progress” in the Data and Analysis tab) by more than one condition.

For example, last activity greater than one week and progress greater than 50%.

@jcourtneyZ Acctually, you can suggest an idea or feature in Evolve

Hope this helps

You can filter responses in progress by more than one condition by clicking the “Add Filter” button in the top left corner. After you select your first condition, there will be a plus sign at the end of the first filtering criteria that you can click on. Then, click on the 3 dots (elipses) by the first condition in the new window, and click “Insert condition below”

I only see an X, no Plus Sign.

Oh, I’m seeing now that this plus sign above only appears if you want to filter by external reference, first name, last name, or email. However, it looks like you aren’t able to add in more than one filter if filtering by progress.

Happy to upvote your idea in Evolve!

Yeah, I know. I usuallly have to fillter out the partial complete response to pick what worth recording. Multiple field filter is not available so I exported them out and use excel to filter multiple field then import what’s worth back to recorded response.
