I have feedback button always visible on page and can be filled multiple times. It is working fine on desktop/laptop while on mobile after submitting survey it keep displaying thank you message, if tried to fill feedback again. What could be the reason and how to rectify it?

I wonder if clearing cookies/cache on mobile device will allow the thank you message to go away, or if it’s only certain mobile device types that create that issue due to a phone setting.
