In a file upload question, I ask a respondent to upload an image.
This triggers a workflow email, that I pipe the image URL into.
This works, but when clicked, you need to log into Qualtrics to download the image.
How can I achieve this, but without logging into Qualtrics, as the recipient of the email does not have Qualtrics access.

Check your security settings and change Uploaded files access to “Anyone with the link to the file” if it’s not already set that way.
Hi All - I am running into the same issue. I am having individuals upload an image and then in the workflow using piped text so the person received the workflow can download the image. I have the security changed to “anyone with a link to the file” is checked.
Is it a piped text issue in the workflow process? If I include the response summary as part of the workflow message, the link can be accessed there (but it’s a the bottom of the page which is hard to find).
