We have an issue in our org where reps are following-up on the tickets, but rarely click on the ticket link in the email and fill out the ticket information. Is there a way to “fill out” the follow-up questions in the ticket directly on an email in outlook? Trying to think of ways to get the follow-up filled out without requiring them to go to their qualtrics ticketing page (all of the respondents info is shown in the email).

Unfortunately No!
There isn’t an API or update ticket task which updates the follow up details directly.
