Form autofill a field based on another field's value

and then pipe in the default response based on the selection from the prior question.
For example, in the image below, I have a prior question that captures their "state" and then I am setting the form to pull that "selected choice" forward into a default response in the Address form:
Note that you will likely need there to be a page break between the first question and the form entry that uses it.
