It seems that with the “new” survey experience, our static themes are not compatible and I am trying to get a dynamic theme to match what we have in our static themes for brand standard purposes. One place I am stuck is getting the Header to be a banner rather than just floating text. Here is a view of what have in static themes. You can see the header (Survey Title) is contained in the blue banner.
How do I get that same look in dynamic themes? You can see that in dynamic themes it seems to only be floating in space, detached from the logo banner.
I am not a programmer in any sense...I do not know CSS, Java, HTML, or any other languages. So if there is a way to do this that require no or minimal coding that would be great (if someone gave me the code I could figure out how to program in our hex codes for our branding colors).
