global change redirects simultaneously for 370 quotas

is there a way to globaly change redirects simultaneously for 370 quotas; each one is a different employer and only one employee per is allowed.  Need to change the redirects from default message to host URL link.  Thanks

Hello ​@Gary S,

There isn’t a documented global or bulk-edit option to change the end-of-survey redirect for all 370 quotas simultaneously. Qualtrics supports bulk actions such as moving or duplicating quotas, but not bulk-updating each quota’s Customize redirect settings.

For each quota, the configuration is:

  1. Go to Survey > Survey Options > Quotas.
  2. Open the quota and leave the action as End Current Survey.
  3. Select Customize.
  4. Choose Redirect to a URL.
  5. Enter that employer’s host URL and save.

Quota end-of-survey customization options

Because each employer has a different destination, each URL would need to be configured separately unless you redesign the process around a common redirect endpoint that determines the employer destination externally.
